I was born December 21, 1980 to Helena and Sam Harrison. My father was adopted from India when he was a child and my mother is a the second generation in an Irish immigrant family. So, I consider my heritage to be of Indian-Irish. I was raised in Marvel, Nevada and went away to college at San Francisco State University.  I got a double major in Women's Studies and English with a minor in Asian-American Studies, that's right I was on the 5 year plan. I worked at as a GTA at SFSU and waitress at Silver Diner because I wanted to start a writing career. I had lots of unfinished stories and had told myself if I hadn't gotten anywhere in 5 years I'd get a teaching job. Well, a year before I was about to apply for a job at an Elementary School my mother's social group was running a race for Breast Cancer and she was going to sponsor me. The environment of the race interested me so much, it inspired me to see all these women come together because they had all been through the same tragedy. When I got back to my parent's house I got on their old school computer and started writing. I wrote a short story about a woman in the race and how she met her best friends. It was published in Seventeen Magazine and a month later after showing it off to everyone knew I got a call from a Mr. Joel Baker with Cobalt Publishing saying they were interested in a whole novel. From that point on the story became The Heartbreaker's Club the story now spaned into 4 books. Form that point I moved to LA to be near my editors and I have been writing ever since.

As of right now I am working on a new series called Ivy Brothers where I try to tap into the male pysche and write from a male point of view. I am also working on other things so, read and look around. In my spare time I work as an editor and teach writing classes at the Learning Annex !
